How do I join my company on the platform ?

Now that you have completed the subscription form and confirmed your email address, you need to be affiliated with your company on the platform. Here are the steps to follow :

Choose your type of structure between the three categories:

Then enter your company's name in the search bar and select it

Finally, send your affiliation request

Here you go ! The affiliation request must be reviewed and validated by a director of your company. Meanwhile, you can complete your personal profile!

I don't have the rights to register my company on the platform, what should I do ?

Accepted Answer

Your company is not registered on the platform yet ?

If you are a decision-maker within your organization: you can create the company account but you will need a Corporate Representative to sign the LBC Contract.
Otherwise: a company director can create the company account on LittleBIG Connection.

I can't find my company on the platform, what should I do ?

Accepted Answer

You are registering on LittleBIG Connection and wish to join your company, but you cannot find it on the platform ?

There are two possibilities:

Either your company is not yet registered on the platform In this case, the director of the company needs to create a company account on LittleBIG Connection.

Or your company is already listed on the platform In this case, check if you have used the correct spelling and case (Upper/Lower Case) while typing your company’s name.

If you still cannot find your company, we suggest that you contact our Support Team via chat or email.

How to properly create a Company Account

You are a company director and you have just set up your personal account ? It is now time to create your company account, in order to access all the platform's features.

In order to finalize the subscription of your company, please provide the following information:

Company details: address, legal form, identification number (SIRET…)
Billing details: billing information, VAT number
Banking details: IBAN, BIC or SWIFT code (You can proceed with this later but we strongly suggest you to do it as soon as possible, as this information is mandatory for starting a project)

You will then be able to sign the LittleBIG Connection contract and access all the features of our platform !

Which documents must be provided to start a project?

In order to start a project, all your legal documents must be uploaded and validated (by our staff) on the platform. You will find hereafter the list of documents to provide, according to your status.

Freelancers (3 documents)

**KBIS **(exclusively for EURL): valid for 6 months, this document certifies the legal existence of your company and provides verified and authentic information. To obtain it, connect to http://www.infogreffe.fr or ask your Business Formalities Center.
Tax certificate: log into http://www.impots.gouv.fr to obtain this document
RC Pro: Professional liability insurance is mandatory, you must contact your company insurance to subscribe.

Service providers (6 documents)

KBIS: valid for 6 months, this document certifies the legal existence of your company and provides verified and authentic information. To obtain it, connect to http://www.infogreffe.fr or ask your Business Formalities Center.
**DPAE **(formerly DUE): or Pre-Hiring Declaration, is specific to each employee. To obtain this document, go to http://www.urssaf.fr
**URSSAF **statement: valid for 6 months, it indicates that your company has paid social security contributions for all its employees. Go to http://www.urssaf.fr or ask your URSSAF contact to obtain it.
Tax certificate: log into http://www.impots.gouv.fr or contact your Corporate Tax Service to obtain this document
Sworn statement: valid for 1 year, it certifies your company's
